As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship!
Born at UCLA Hospital, I grew up in California and that is where I started my undergraduate studies. I joined the United States Armed Forces and relocated to Germany in 1984 to complete a tour in the field of Dentistry. Following my service in the military, I relocated to Clearwater, Florida and continued my studies at Saint Petersburg College obtaining my Dental Hygiene Degree and License. Extremely zealous with all aspects of Dentistry, I continued my education at the University of South Florida making my way to the Doctorates program at the University of Florida's College of Dentistry. I actively participated in several organizations including the American Dental Association, PSI Omega Dental Fraternity, Give Kids a Smile, Project HEAL (Health Extension and Learning program, a missionary group of Health Professionals reaching out to distant countries) and dedicating time to a community service program called We Care which brings affordable dentistry to less fortunate local residents.
Currently, I have completed over 30 months of training and am certified as a fellow for Implant Diagnostics with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, trained and certified in Tip Edge and Clear Correct Orthodontics, Botox and Dysport fillers and an active member of the ADA and AGD. For fun I enjoy boating, fishing, walks on the beach and movies!
